Cybersecurity Awareness Framework (personal initiative)

July 2025 - Present
Designed a methodology that strengthens employee resilience against phishing and social engineering by going beyond static, checkbox-style training with dynamic, real-world simulations.

Most cybersecurity awareness programs fail because they treat training like a checkbox exercise. Employees sit through a video or quiz but aren’t truly prepared when a real phishing email lands in their inbox.

The Problem:
Human error is the top cause of successful cyberattacks. Static training methods don’t simulate the evolving tactics attackers use leaving staff exposed and organizations at risk.

The Solution:
I developed a Cybersecurity Awareness Framework that goes beyond compliance. It uses dynamic, real-world phishing simulations and adaptive training to strengthen employee resilience. Instead of theory, employees experience real scenarios and learn by doing.

The Impact:
Organizations using this framework can expect:

  • Reduced risk of breaches caused by human error.
  • Employees who think before they click.
  • Alignment with compliance without sacrificing effectiveness.
