To be honest, ripe bananas are my first favorite but after being introduced to the vegetarian diet during my mid teens sweet and sour tofu tried to dethrone the ripe bananas but they had to join the gang.
I believe my reason for loving sweet and sour tofu is because of the the sweet taste. I not sure how the "sour" part got in the name because I don't recall tasting anything sour, anyway I enjoy the soft mushy tofu texture squeezed in my mouth as the sweet juice fill my mouth.
I am sure if my brain was analysed while eating sweet and sour tofu there would be confirmed very high levels of dopamine flooding my brain.
Before I go into more information about sweet and sour tofu let me get back to ripe bananas.
If you ever visit my home you may never find sugar but you will definately find ripe bananas. I use ripe bananas like how many use sugar as a sweetener for my oats, porridge, protein shake, sandwitches, fruit drinks, you name it banana as a sweetener never fails.
